BIO

Nationally touring comedian and award-winning writer, Erikka Innes, is scoring high marks in comedy clubs all over. Her high-energy performances are a guided tour through a wonderland filled with unique, sometimes surreal observations about every day life, where D&D is the national pastime and William Shatner’s rendition of Rocket Man is the national anthem. Her act is smart, insightful, and her quirky innocence masks a dark, biting undertone.

Erikka has toured with “Five Funny Females,” “Women Who Kick Comedy Butt,” and “The High School Reunion Comedy Tour.” Recently she put out a new album “Sex with Nerds” with New Wave Dynamics. She has worked as a writer for  the television show, “Fondle the Fear,” a columnist for “The OC Voice,” a freelance writer for Flixster, and an on-camera interviewer for Sidewalks TV. She has written articles for the “Vacaville Reporter” and the “SF Bay Guardian,” and produced her own wildly popular show “Geek Comedy Night” at venues all over northern California. When Erikka’s not writing or performing she’s probably busy dreaming about being a starship captain.
